Scott Allred PT, DPT
Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy
Scott's physical therapy journey began as a young distance runner with wild notions of running to the Pacific Ocean. One blown out knee later, he had his first experience with physical therapy. It opened his eyes to how understanding the human body can support a lifelong passion for the outdoors
Scott graduated from the University of Utah in 2017 with a doctorate in physical therapy. He is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist. He is passionate about outdoor recreation and a firm believer in movement as pathway to joy. Since moving to Lopez Island, he has hung up his rock climbing gear and traded heights for paddling a kayak. He still enjoys running, though these days, it mostly consists of short sprints chasing after his two children.
Tina McCrea
Practice Administrator
Tina McCrea has been on Lopez since 2016. She loves the Lopez community dearly. Tina is sometimes referred to as the "Unofficial Mayor of Lopez." She is passionate about the health and wellbeing of all which is what drew her to become a part of our team here at Lopez Island Physical Therapy. She is a social connector and loves to help people find what they need. She believes in social justice for all . She has a background in Education from the University of Arizona and previous social work experience. When not at work you can find her out on the trails and beaches with her sidekick pup "Bill".

Anamo is a long time Lopez Resident and is enthusiastic about helping her Lopez community.

Community Ambassador
Yogi is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between his kind, Lopez Island Physical Therapy, and the residents of Lopez Island. He has a PhD in schmooze and procuring edible delights from all around him.
